Tours are conducted outside and in the non-air conditioned mill, so we may have to cancel due to excessive heat, storms or other extreme weather. Please call the park (919-856-6675) to make sure tours are going ahead as scheduled.

CORN GRINDING TOURS
Third weekend of each month, Saturdays, 10 a.m.–noon and Saturday & Sunday, 1–4 p.m.
Tours begin approximately every 20 minutes. Last tour begins at 3:40 p.m.
Tickets are sold in the mill yard; tour begins at the mill’s main door.
WE CAN NOW TAKE CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS FOR MILL TOURS, MERCHANDISE AND CORNMEAL ON CORN-GRINDING WEEKENDS!
Step back in time with our 19th-century costumed interpreters and watch the millstones grind corn into meal during this half-hour tour into the main mill building. Cornmeal, T-shirts, tote bags, mugs, jewelry, hats and other gifts are available for purchase. All profits go to mill repair and maintenance.

Every Saturday through from March through November, except on corn-grinding weekends.
Multiple tours beginning every half hour (1 p.m., 1:30 p.m., 2 p.m., 2:30 p.m., 3 p.m.).

MILL HERITAGE TOURS

A single, hour-long tour beginning at 2 p.m.
